A Mutual Partnership Model

1. Your sales or event team presents Impact as an optional event enhancement.

2. We connect with the client and handle customization and experience planning.

3. We coordinate with your venue to confirm timing, setup, space, and production details.

4. We host the event while your team remains focused on hospitality, food, and beverage.

5. Clients are billed for the Impact Experience separately from their event space, food, and beverage, but still have options for a full entertainment, food, and beverage package at a final rate your venue assigns.

• We are required to ask for venues to provide evidence of inclusive coverage with BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, and GMR that covers DJ entertainment in your event space. We meet all other required regulations for public music and fully authorized DJ/VJ audio and MP4 playback.
